四种地被植物的抗旱性研究

摘要
为了研究蛇莓、连钱草、匍枝委陵菜、匍枝毛茛四种植物的抗旱性,于2007年7月12日将四种植物分为对照和处理:对照为每两天浇水一次,以保证植物正常的水分供给;处理为实验开始后不再浇水,进行持续干旱胁迫,直至植物地上部分死亡。实验过程中,结合四种植物的形态变化分析了干旱胁迫对四种植物叶片相对含水量、电导率、可溶性糖、丙二醛及脯氨酸含量变化的影响。并综合各生理指标对其抗旱性进行比较,得出四种植物的抗旱性强弱依次为匍枝委陵菜、连钱草、蛇莓、匍枝毛茛。

Abstract
In order to study the drought resistance of four ground-cover plants,including Duchesnea indica,Glechoma longituba,Potentilla flagellaris ,Ranunculus repens , .the research of water control experiment was taken from July 12,2007. In the research ,four plants were made two comparisons ,one was CK ,which was irrigated twice per two days to make sure normal water supply; the other is treatment ,which was under drought stress without any water supply . During the experiment, according to the shape changes of plants, the influence of drought stress for relative water content、electronic conductivity、soluble sugar、MDA and praline content were analyzed, and the plants'ability to drought resistance was sequenced in term of all kinds of physiology index. Based on the analyses, the ability to drought resistance from strong to weak are: Potentilla flagellaris, Glechoma hederacea, Duchesnea indica,Ranunculus repens.

研究目的与意义
本人通过查阅,分析有关园林地被植物应用的理论研究成果和资料,认识到虽然近年来,园林界对地被植物的重视程度越来越高,也展开了多方面的研究。但总体来说,应用程度和研究深度都还远远未达到国外的水平。国内地被植物的抗旱性研究大多停留在生理水平,从试验方法的确定,到相关指标的选定以及最后的数据分析都缺乏合理性。特别是在相关指标的选定上,大多数文献都测定了大量指标,但是能说明抗旱性强弱的指标寥寥无几,并没有较深的实际意义。今后地被植物的抗旱性研究应该努力与国外研究水平接轨,向相关蛋白以及基因科隆方面纵深,最后能结合到育种工作中,培养出具有我国自主知识产权的具有优良抗旱性的地被植物。
