武汉滨湖公园公共设施研究

摘要： 自2002年《武汉市湖泊保护条例》颁布以来，武汉市昔日的鱼塘藕池逐渐蝶变为城市滨湖公园，成为城市公共空间环境价值的重要载体。由于受到大面积保护性景观水体的影响，武汉滨湖公园的公共设施在类型、布局中都凸显了独有的“水”特色。综合建设年代、行政区域、公园面积等因素，本文选取了位于武汉市中心城区的7个滨湖公园作为研究案例，按照游憩设施、服务设施、管理实施三大类对园内的公共设施开调查研究。旨在通过对武汉滨湖公园公共设施的类型特性、布局特色以及形成原因的探讨，较为全面地归纳总结武汉滨湖公园公共设施的营造特色，也为公园城市建设背景下，滨湖公园在保持生态功能基础之上，如何进一步完善公共设施，满足人民美好生活需要提供有价值的参考。

Research on public facilities of Lakeside Park in Wuhan

Abstract: since the promulgation of "Wuhan lake protection regulations" in 2002, the former fish ponds and lotus ponds in Wuhan had gradually turned into urban lakeside parks, which had become the important carrier of environmental value of urban public spaces. Due to the influence of large area of protective landscape water, the public facilities of the lakeside parks have highlighted the unique "water" characteristics in the type and layout. In this paper, the seven lakeside parks located in the central urban area of Wuhan are selected as the research cases, and the public facilities in the parks are investigated according to the three categories of recreational facilities, service facilities and management implementation. Through the discussion of the type characteristics, the layout characteristics and the formation reasons of the public facilities in the lakeside parks, this paper comprehensively summarizes the construction characteristics of public facilities in the lakeside parks in Wuhan, and provides valuable information for how to further improve public facilities and meet the needs of people's better life under the background of Park City construction.
