北京GBD艺术区景观概念设计

摘要

　　GBD 北花园艺术特区处在北京走向未来的连接线上。从天安门一线向东，行车20分钟，长安街和通惠河南岸就是GBD。GBD 地处北京市新地图的东沿，它定位于城市中心与卫星城结合部的新版图城市，集多种样式于一身，并包容在从北京城市文化中上升的大高碑店文化里。GBD 是最具当代性和开放性的空间实验。

　　"杂"是GBD 创造梦想的独特方式。实现艺术、创意和商业融生的城市梦想需要的是一种杂的状态和方向。在产业链上要求上下游紧密配合，形成无数自成一体的微观生态，在空间布局和经营内容上要求犬牙交错。GBD积极引入视觉商业。一个是为区域本身提供的消费场所，最主要的是为艺术品生产和创意产业提供市场购买的能量。GBD 将打造包括设计型酒店、酒店式公寓、餐饮、酒吧、高级时装品牌商店、家居体验馆在内的综合视觉商业消费场所。这些场所一方面直接从创意产业获得设计产品，另一方面在获得当代艺术启迪的同时为当代艺术提供了沟通的平台。

　　GBD艺术区的景观设计是一项富有挑战的设计，它不但要求实现一个设计最基本的功能需求，而且要更多地去创新去实验，将"杂"的理念深入景观设计中，并且要很好的连接时间和空间维度上看似混杂的各种元素，做到杂而不乱，杂而有序。

　　如何营造艺术区的气氛，营造连续性的，变化的景观，风格和活力相和谐的人性化的互动性的街区成为了本次设计的重点。

Abstract
